The Wounded Dog Has Risen (America Vs Russia)

I don't know if the US is going off on the deep end or has become insane, but it is not acting with thinking; first of all the US should not be trying to do what Georgia did or Russia did by bullying anyone or everyone, like telling Russia to get out of Georgia, when we are still in Afghanistan and Iraq, plus that is the old style of the Cold War talk. Second, putting a missile system in Poland at this very time, doesn't make sense, unless it is true what the Russians say, it is to hit them in their backyard someday down the road. It would be easier for the US to strike Iran, and eliminate the problem, and with Russia in Georgia, it is a good time to do it. Now Russia has a clear path if it wants to...

An amicable process via Mediation is often less costly and time consuming, because studies show that people who can agree to a divorce settlement in a Georgia Divorce Mediation rather than in court will save a significant amount of time and money. This is a huge advantage when you consider that the sooner your divorce is finalized, the sooner you can move on with your life. If children are involved, it is also to their advantage when you and your spouse come to an agreement via Mediation about issues without a major fight. However, an amicable agreement via mediation is something that divorcing couples may not be able to come to terms with on their own, which is why it is critical to use the...

The pick 3 lottery is a fun and extremely exciting lottery drawing that provides an adrenaline rush each and every day. Imagine this, you're watching the pick 3 lottery drawing and you have the numbers "566". You picked this on the sole purpose because your birthday is April, 22nd, which is how most people play the pick 3 based on "birthdays" or "lucky numbers." The 1st ball comes out it's a 5, your heart is racing, 2nd ball comes out its 6, your at a near heart attack, and the last ball comes out it's a 4. When the 2 ball comes out it completely deflates you and all your hopes and dreams are gone. You had a 1:1000 chance of winning based on just playing your birthday or a loved ones birthday which...

Unmarried Fathers - Do You Know Your Rights?

Posted by admin
5 stars of 5, 1788 votes

Some of the most heartbreaking cases I've had are those of fathers not married to their child's mother and not realizing that they have to take steps to secure their legal rights to the child. In Georgia, an unmarried father has no rights to his child at all unless and until he either marries the mother and publicly claims the child as his own and gives the child his name or files a petition in court to legitimate the child. Until one of these two events happen, the mother has all parental control over the child and the father has no rights. I have had several cases in which the unmarried parents of a child live together for a period of time as a family, and then the parents decide to separate. In...

Engineering a Complete Overhaul in Youth Football This past weekend I was a speaker at the Pop Warner Treasure Coast coaches clinic held in the West Palm Beach, Florida area. Also speaking was Bill Powers, head football coach at Jupiter Christian High School. Bills teams have won back-to-back State Championships and are on a 28 game winning streak. The amazing thing about this story is Jupiter Christian prior to Bills arrival had never had a winning season. In fact the 2 years prior to Bills arrival the team went 2-17 and were outscored by over 600 combined points. The previous head coach resigned, declaring the football program "dead" and suggested it be discontinued. Under Bill Powers leadership...

Certainly Mike Sherman is on the hot seat as he is just 10-15 in his two years since taking over the Texas A&M football program. The Aggies lost 20-44 to Georgia in the Independence Bowl to fall to 6-7 last year. This has the makings of a breakthrough season for the Aggies, though, as 15 starters return along with their punter and kicker and several big-time players. I give my predictions on Texas A&M below, listing where they'll finish in the Big 12 South division. I also preview this team. Offense: QB Jerrod Johnson is primed to win the Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year award this season. He can do it all, leading the Aggies offense to a whopping 32.9 points per game last year. They also put up...

The Appalachian Trail is a track across Eastern United States, spanning 2,175 miles. It is commonly regarded as one of the hardest hiking trails across the United States today. The trail passes through the Appalachian Mountains; however, on top of this you will also pass through scenic towns and over beautiful rivers. The trail spans through 14 states including New York and Massachusetts, and many hikers try and complete the 2,175 miles in a season. When a hiker attempts the entire trail in one season it is called a "thru hike" - it will take months of hard work. Only highly trained hikers with lots of planning can complete such a journey. The trail is usually hiked south to north from Georgia to...

The Appalachians stretch from Pennsylvania to Georgia, and as seasoned mountaineers are well aware, the eastern portion of these mounded, rounded beauties is known as the Blue Ridge Mountains. This narrow band becomes not-so-narrow once it hits Georgia, where it blossoms into wide, sweeping, vacation-worthy phenomena like rushing rapids and hike-worthy hills. For a getaway unlike any other, head to the hills; head to Blue Ridge. Northern Georgia might not be the first place you think of when you have an urge for adventure, escape, and supreme beauty. However, the long history of this place as a haven for tourists proves that there's something worth noticing within the folds of the craggy terrain. In...

I love it when I read these types of headlines. I always get a chuckle and say "So, what did you expect?" The $ 8,000 home buyer credit was not renewed. FHA, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae have tightened lending requirements. The "BIG BANKS" are imposing their own ridiculous rules on top of the government rules. And you expect the housing market to thrive. To quote a cartoon character, "DOH!" Here are some of the particulars in the story: The U.S. Census Bureau reports single family housing starts in June fell by 0.7% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 454,000. The U.S. started 1.47 million in 2006 before the bubble burst. The article goes on to claim that a variety of factors have led to a...

Recognized as among the leading retail department store chains in the USA, it is well known that Dillards outlets offer a wide range of consumer goods - from apparel to household products and a whole lot more. It may be hard to believe for some that this veritable institution of the retailing industry was once a simple small-town store in a little-known corner of Nashville, Arkansas. History of Dillard's The growth and longevity of Dillard's is a testament to the vision of its founder William T. Dillard. He established his first store in 1938 and through continuous development and expansion he began acquiring retail stores outside of Arkansas. Dillard's began to operate in various locations in Texas...

The biggest festival of the year, a day dedicated to religion and reverence, a reason to rejoice for the young and the old, Christmas, is not just confined to cakes, trees and gifts. But what could be more wonderful merriment than going out for Christmas vacation! Celebrating Christmas vacations away from home is not all about giving a different dimension to your merriment but it is also a brilliant idea to explore some of the most delightful places on earth. It is a lifetime experience to cheer this great day at ideal Christmas fete destinations. When there is a talk...

Whenever a debate arises about who the best running back of all time in the NFL is, you often hear names mentioned such as Barry Sanders, Walter Payton, Emmitt Smith, and Bo Jackson, just to name a few. One of the most overlooked players in all of this discussion is none other than Long Island's Jim Brown. What makes it even worse for Brown is that his statistics are better than those of his counterparts, which leads you to believe that off the field drama has led to people overlooking Brown and his accomplishments. Jim Brown was born in Georgia, but moved to Manhasset, New York shortly following his birth. Brown eventually attended high school at Manhasset High School, earning thirteen varsity...

2008 Dallas Cowboys Draft Report

In 2007, the Dallas Cowboys were the talk of Texas until the divisional playoffs, where they lost to the New York Giants who would go on to win the Super Bowl. This was ironic considering that they defeated the Giants in their two regular season matchups. What can you say? Comeuppance is as hard to swallow as Texas Tabasco sauce. Nevertheless, the Cowboys had much to be proud of in 2007, finishing their season with a 13-3 record. Will 2008 be the Cowboys' return to Super Bowl victory? Before you start hollering and flipping hats in the air, consider first a very telling sign: the 2008 draft. What was Dallas thinking this year? The Cowboys chose six players for the 2008 draft, including running back...

I am a former Quarterback that was 8th round draft pick with the Buffalo Bills and I want to talk about the future NFL QB's that are currently high school stars. After the twelve 2008 regional tryout QB Camps were held, this is the list that made the cut. These 12 high school Quarterbacks are the cream of the crop and will be all going to major college football programs. At the invitation only camp they will be taught Quarterback Passing Drills, QB Footwork Drills Quarterback Accuracy drills. At night they do film sessions and are taught how to read defensive pass coverages. At the end of the 3 day camp they will have a QB passing competition to see who is the best. EA Sports 2008 Elite 11...

Matthew Stafford Vs Mark Sanchez - Who Has the Early Edge?

These two coveted rookie quarterbacks will be forever linked as being the top two quarterbacks taken in the 2009 NFL Draft. Only time will tell who will end up being the best, however I believe one has a distinctive advantage already... One can only imagine the amount of pressure and responsibility these two young men have on their shoulders. Once you get past the hype and the big contracts there is a much bigger task at hand...Earning the respect of the locker room. There are many examples of young quarterbacks not earning the respect of their teammates. A classic example is one Joey Harrington. Just never fit in and established himself as one of the boys in Detroit. His nickname was "champagne...

The St. Louis Rams finished 2007 with a 3-13 record that had fans in a funk. Even more depressing news followed in early 2008 when St. Louis Rams owner Georgia Frontiere passed away after a fight with breast cancer. Since her passing, Frontiere's son Chip Rosenbloom has become the Rams' new owner, though he shares responsibility with Lucia Rodriguez and Stan Kroenke. Rosenbloom wanted to return the team back to its old blue and yellow uniforms that were worn in 1999, but the NFL denied his request. The league stated that there should be at least a one-year notice before making such a change. So it's likely that the Rams' uniforms will change next season, so get ready for one last memorable season...

From three prime time games on Sunday night to a showdown with the Bears on Monday night football, the 2010 Packers schedule packs an interesting punch. After returning to the playoffs last year and getting some key players back from injury, there's a strong feeling the Pack could be in for a memorable season. Ticket prices are up a little this year at Lambeau field, but the four-game pre-season and 16-game regular season offers plenty of chances to catch Green Bay in action either home or away. Some games will offer easier access to tickets than others. Whether you've never been to a game at Lambeau Field or make a sport out of scoring bargain tickets to just about every contest, it pays to have a...

Coach Steve Spurrier is looking for someone who can actually play quarterback for his South Carolina Gamecocks. After the Outback Bowl on New Year's Day (1-1-09) he is still looking because redshirt freshman Stephen Garcia had more issues than completions and sophomore starter Chris Smelley was not impressive either. He started Garcia against Iowa and the freshman turned the ball over on his first pass which the Hawkeyes turned into a touchdown, he fumbled on his first run and then managed to throw 2 more interceptions on his next 2 possessions. Iowa was up 21-zip at the half and 31-zip entering the 4th quarter. Garcia is supposed to be a dual-threat and big-time recruit (I am trying to say this...

A walk on is the term used in college sports to describe a player who enrolls in college and joins a team despite not having a scholarship offer to play for the organization. This famously happened to the 5'6" Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger who despite all the odds successfully made it onto the field for the University of Notre Dame (ND) Fighting Irish for one game against Georgia Tech in the 1976 season finale. Rudy played two downs (or plays) at the end of that game (which encompassed his entire official career). The first play involved being unable to get from his defensive line position to a running back carrying the ball. On the second play Rudy famously sacked quarterback Rudy Allen and in doing so...

Triple option football has all three elements of the different styles of running attacks - quickness, finesse and power. Homer Rice is given credit for inventing triple option football. He retired as Georgia Tech's athletic director in 1997. Before that, he was head coach at Kentucky, Oklahoma, Cincinnati and Rice. Mr. Rice also worked as athletic director at Rice and North Carolina as well as a brief stint as head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals. But it was when he was coaching high school in the 1950's that he came up with triple option football. The two usual triple option styles are the wishbone and veer. The main idea behind this offensive set is to leave the defensive tackle and end unblocked...

The Chicago Bears will play their 89th regular season in 2008 and attempt to improve upon their 7-9 finish in 2007. Obviously, heading into the new season the Bears had to address many issues, mainly their weak offense. Statistically speaking, the team's running game ranked last place in most categories. The team also had their share of injuries and poor game play from their aging offensive line. What will it take to turn the bears around and turn them into the 2006 team that finished the season playing Super Bowl winner the Indianapolis Colts? The draft is a good indication of where the team is going in 2008. In addition to their six other regular picks, the team got to choose an extra third-round...

In 2009 the Pittsburgh Steelers went 9-7 on NFL Picks and were 5-10-1 against the spread, going over the betting odds total 9 time and under 7 times. Pittsburgh is 2 years removed form their Superbowl win against the Arizona Cardinals, last season the team was pretty good statistically, on offense they ranked 7th overall in total yards averaging 371.3 yards per game, passing for over 259 yards per game. The team was 19th overall in rushing but that should improve with Rashard Mendenhall is healthy the entire season. The Steelers defense is always tough and ranked 5th overall in 2009-10 giving up 305.3 yards per game, the pass defense was a little suspect giving up 215.4 yards per game which was 19th...

The LSU Tigers went 9-4 last season, with all four of their losses coming by 10 points or less. And each loss came against a solid team with the likes of Alabama, Florida, Penn State and Ole Miss. But it appears the Tigers may be slipping in head coach Les Miles' 6th year on the job. Miles is 51-15 at LSU through his first five seasons, but he'll have his hands full with only six offensive and four defensive starters returning. Check below to find out much more about the Tigers along with my predictions on how they'll fare in the SEC West this season. Offense: Miles wants to get back to pounding the rock with more consistency after the Tigers averaged just 122.8 rushing yards per game last season...

As a strength and conditioning professional that resides in Gwinnett county Georgia I understand the competitive nature of high school football. I have seen parents take their kids and leave schools in search of another school in hopes that their kid will play. The competition is crazy, yet the funny thing is that many of the programs neglect the very thing that can separate them from their competitors. Strength and conditioning for football is a real arena of competition. This is why I am surprised that more of the programs don't integrate the use of the ancient kettlebell into their programs. Real Football Strength For High School! Football strength training workouts are generally pretty well...

1. Ohio State - I'm an avid Michigan fan but have to admit returning 18 starters from a already solid 2 year run is pretty tough to beat. The talent at OSU is at or above every elite level program in the country for this season and this should finally be there year. * Win it all If....They pass a early season test @ USC (9/13). This could very well be the first of two meetings between the Trojans and Buckeyes in '08-'09, However the loser of Game 1 is going to have to hope for a shaky Top 5 like this past year. Win or Lose for the Buckeyes they will still have a shot at the end of the season to be in the NC Game. * Potential Roadblocks...@Wisconsin, @MSU, and @ Illinois, with all 3 of them improved...

2007 NFL Draft Player Reviews - Top 10 Wide Receivers

With about two months to the upcoming NFL Draft in late April, here are my 10 Top Ten Wide Receivers in this years Draft. 1. Calvin Johnson - Georgia Tech - He is the most physically gifted WR to enter the draft since Randy Moss. He has all the tools to be a difference maker right away. He is the top WR in this class and will be a top 5 pick in the April draft. 2. Dwayne Jarrett - USC - Jarrett's game is different then former USC WR mike Williams (who was 20 pounds heavier coming out of college). Jarrett has made big plays his whole career at USC leaving the PAC 10 as it's all-time TD catch leader. The only knock on his is his lack of straight line speed. I look forDwayne to be a top 10 pick in this...

1st Round (#28) DE Jared Odrick, Penn State Key Player(s) Passed On: DE/OLB Jerry Hughes Analysis: It is hard to find fault with the Odrick selection. He was a terrific player at Penn State and has the long arms and height to play defensive end in Miami's 3-4 defense. Odrick will fit in nicely on the Dolphins' defensive line. Miami needed outside linebacker prospects who can rush the quarterback. Jerry Hughes was one of the better college defensive ends who could have been converted to outside linebacker in this draft. Hughes would have been a solid selection. However, Odrick was a fundamentally sound and probably the safer pick. Miami has a young and talented defensive line (DE Philip Merling, DE...

There were six football players from the Louisiana State University (LSU) Tigers taken in the 2010 NFL Draft. LSU has a rich traditional of football excellence that includes three national titles. Having six athletes taken in the 2010 NFL Draft is on par with the very high standards that head coach Les Miles sets for his football program. The six LSU football players taken the in 2010 NFL Draft are as follows: - Chad Jones - Brandon LaFell - Perry Riley - Al Woods - Trindon Holliday - Charles Scott Chad Jones was the first LSU player to come off the board in April of 2010 at the NFL Draft. Jones was selected by the New York Giants in the third round with the 76th overall pick. The New Orleans native...

I am a former NFL Quarterback that played for the Buffalo Bills and today I want to talk about quarterback training. Specifically about Quarterback Speed related to playing football. I recently spoke with my good friend and former college roommate at Northern Michigan University Steve Mariucci. He was one of the commentators on the NFL Network that that was making comments about how fast or slow the quarterbacks were at the NFL Combine. He stated qb speed is not as important at the NFL level as it is in high school and college. He did say what is important for quarterbacks is there ability to have enough speed and quickness to move in the pocket and if necessary to make a blitzing linebacker or a...

Overall it was a pretty successful season for Gene Chizik in his first year as head coach of Auburn, as the Tigers put together a solid 8-5 season that included a overtime win over Northwestern in the Outback Bowl. This year the Tigers have 15 starters back, but must replace their starting quarterback, leading rusher, and top defensive lineman from last year. Here is a look at what the Tigers will send onto the field on both sides of the ball in 2010, plus my prediction on where they finish up the season in the SEC West. Offense: Former Florida quarterback Cameron Newton is expected to become the Tiger's new starting quarterback after leading his junior college to a title last year, but figures to...

When you are a 5-foot-9, 202-pound running back and you can squat 620 pounds in a dead lift, you have great strength and balance in your legs to keep moving when a huge defensive lineman, linebacker or safety tries to tackle you. Let me introduce you to Javon Ringer, Michigan State's star running back. After running over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish 23-7 Saturday (9-20-08) at Spartan Stadium in East Lansing, Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio said, "You want to feature your best player, and right now, that's our tailback." So Dantonio sent Ringer running 39 times against Notre Dame's defense (the Irish knew he was coming and could not stop him), and Ringer just ran and ran and ran for 201 yards and...

While the University of Pittsburgh (commonly called Pitt) football program has a rich history that dates back to the nineteenth century there are three players in particular that stand out as the most accomplished and well known. The three most popular players to ever wear the blue and gold Pitt Panther uniforms are Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Marino, Heisman Trophy Winner and Hall of Famer Tony Dorsett, and tremendously gifted phenom receiver Larry Fitzgerald whose full potential has yet to be realized. Dan Marino, born in 1961, is known to most of the world as the All-Pro NFL player that played his entire professional career as the star quarterback of the Miami Dolphins. Most casual fans of the...

The Indianapolis Colts have come a long way since the days of the Dallas Texans-so much in fact, that the NFL insists the two teams should not be associated today. (Probably due to confusion that results from the Houston Texans) The Colts have created their own legends since 1953 when they renamed to the Baltimore Colts, and have gone on to win three NFL championships and two Super Bowl championships, the latest win in 2006 at XLI. The Indianapolis Colts' chances in 2008 remain promising, especially considering last year's final score of 13-3. The Colts performed very well but lost their divisional round to the San Diego Chargers at the playoffs. Now as the team heads into their 56th season it may...

The economy and the pride of doing it yourself have prompted many people to consider organic DIY lawn care.  Many who contemplate it Aren't sure what is involved. Don't have the equipment needed to dethatch, aerate, fertilize or the knowledge required to use them. Don't know how to overcome the dangers to their health and the environment. Think it is much more involved than it actually is. Organic lawn care is not only less likely to harm people, animals, and the environment than lawn care that uses chemical, and in the long term, it is more cost effective.  Chemical/synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides often do more than good to the lawn itself. What are the benefits of organic lawn...

THE SIMPLE PLEASURE OF FEEDING Food is one of the simplest and greatest pleasures of our horses, so make sure that your horse always has all the food requirements that he/she needs. There are three types of food that your horse may eat. Pasture is the favorite meal of all horses, supplying needed nutrients, roughage and protein. Pastures and forage crops provide a major part of the nutritional needs of horses almost year-round. Horses are constant grazers, I mean 24/7. There are many types of pasture grass so do your homework, different parts of the country have different types of grasses that grow better in different areas and will provide the proper nutrients for your horse. Hay is another type of...

Ralph Plummer's Tryall, Jamaica

In very general terms, courses built during the dark age of golf architecture (1950-1970) were long in length and short in both character and charm. The bunkering was unimaginative, repeatedly forcing the same kind of aerial approach shots. Monotonously long holes resulted in the birth of the dreaded '7,000 yard championship course' phrase. As with any generalization, there are exceptions with one of the most important being Ralph Plummer's design of Tryall Golf Club. Opened in 1958, the course measured 6,324 yards. Yet, thanks in large part to its sloping greens and the ever present trade winds, golfers of the highest calibre have failed for over five decades to tear it apart. Recognized early on...

Alpharetta is thought of by most Metro Atlanta residents as one of the more upscale areas in the city and it is true that there are high end homes. However, expensive homes are not one of the top reasons that Alpharetta is one of, if not the best place to live in Metro Atlanta. When considering where to live, it's important to consider of number of characteristics and expensive homes should be rather far down the list. More important is to consider what type of life you can have in the city based on more quantifiable traits. The city of Alpharetta has many of these quantifiable traits that allow the city to stand on its own and almost without support of the larger Metro area. Here are the top 10...

Atlanta is the capital city of the state of Georgia and is steadily making its mark as one of the fastest developing metropolitan regions in United States. Atlanta is a city driven by businesses: numerous large corporations like The Delta Air Lines, UPS, and AT&T Mobile are based here and attract professionals from all over the world. Many choose to make this city their permanent home. The reasons for their choice are not hard to guess-Atlanta has a superb transportation system, state-of-the-art health care facilities, some renowned educational institutions, a vibrant arts and cultural milieu, and exciting entertainment and recreation opportunities. The real estate market in Atlanta, Georgia is on a...

Not to far from Downtown Atlanta, up I575 north, sits the unique suburb of Woodstock, Georgia. Once an old rail city in the southernmost region of Cherokee County, Woodstock is now one of the fastest growing cities in the Atlanta real estate market. Like many suburban areas across the United States, Woodstock was mainly a town for first-time home buyers, and middle class families. Recently that has begun to change. There are Woodstock homes for sale to fit every type of buyer. Today real estate in Woodstock, GA is broken up into three main categories. The younger home buying crowd, who are usually single, married, or first time homebuyers. Next would be the largest demographic, which includes home...

Every now and then, several arrest cases occur in different states. If you wished to obtain such information in the state of Georgia and find out the criminal records of those persons who have been arrested or sentenced to jail, then you may find it helpful to search for Georgia Arrest Records. Although these files are normally created by police officers, it is still possible that some of the included information may or may not be realistic. Various states have their own jurisdiction in terms of the treatment and use of these documents. It is the state jurisdiction that determines how a certain file should be treated or used. At times, it can even be kept as confidential if the nature of the crime...

From minor fender benders to major collisions, auto accidents occur every day in Metro Atlanta at all hours. Not all of these collisions require the need for legal representation, and no ethical attorney would take a case to make a dent seem like a disaster. At the same time, trusting insurance companies to handle their obligations responsibly can turn one problem into many that may never go away or be fairly resolved. Knowing when, how and why to call an attorney can make a tremendous difference in the outcome or your case and possibly your future. First, do not minimize or discount pain. I have represented hundreds of people in, what appear to be, ordinary fender benders, where back and neck...

A professional Atlanta fence installation adds what's called "curb appeal" to your home. Curb appeal is simply the appearance of your property. When you have a high quality fence installed on your property and you have it done professionally so that everything looks just right, the value of your curb appeal naturally goes up. But a professional fence installation can also raise the value of your property, making it an easy choice in home improvements. Not every professional fence installation will increase the value of your home, however. A lot has to do with that curb appeal factor. For instance, a chain link fence around a beautiful yard isn't going to add to the curb appeal. It'll most likely...

Atlanta Real Estate Market - Is the Worst Really Over?

There seems to be some contention on the internet as to the condition of the Atlanta real estate market. Some believe that the worst has come and gone, while others claim that a shadow inventory of unsold foreclosures, as well as option arm mortgages that have yet to recast will negatively influence the Atlanta real estate market for years to come. This article seeks to explore the present and future of the Atlanta real estate market in detail. The unemployment rate was reported to be 9.8% in November 2009 in Atlanta alone, and 10.3% in the state of Georgia. However the unemployment rate is not equal to those of all walks of life. For example, The New York Times reported in their article, "The...

2008 Indianapolis Colts Draft Report

The 2008 Indianapolis Colts season is the team's 56th season in the NFL. They will be attempting to improve upon their 13-3 score from 2007, which is little to be improved on, except that they hope to repeat their impressive season score but this time win the divisional round, playoffs and Super Bowl. Perhaps the team was still shaky playing at their new venue of the Lucas Oil Stadium. (Perhaps Peyton Manning slipped on a spill?) Nevertheless, fans remain excited about the 2008 draft pick. This year the Colts chose the following players to join the dominant NFL team: center Mike Pollak from Arizona, linebacker Phililp Wheeler from Georgia, tight end Jacon Tamme from Kentucky, linebacker Marcus...

The below list is the most complete list of all the school shooting in America that I could make. My list contains only those schools that had a shooting incident where people were hurt and or killed. The list does not contain incidents where the shooting did not at least injure someone. The list also does not contain cases in which people were killed or wounded as a result of a bomb, a knife, or any other kind of instrument. It is important to remember that America has always had schools and guns. Even before the country was officially created. From its inception to the present, generally the gun laws have grown increasingly more restrictive. However, there was a time when Americans could legally...

The SEC is college football's premier conference with powerhouses such as Florida and Alabama leading the way. In this article, I have made my predictions on how I see the SEC playing out this year. SEC East Predictions 1. Florida Gators - The Gators won't have one of college football's all-time greats under center this season, but they still have the most talent in their side of the league. QB John Brantley has big shoes to fill, but he will benefit from playing behind one of the best lines in the league and having a number of talented weapons at his disposal. 2.
